This represents the hand of the Jade Emperor who is helping to collect the dead from the Purgatory. Jiaojian: Instructions to send messenger dragon to the Purgatory to wake up the dead and let them know that the secondary death ritual is taking place; Poyu: instructions to break the Gates of Purgatory. Send the Five Armies and Keau Hu Man to attack the Underworld and collect the dead.
