Manuscripts in this level were recovered in earthquake rubbles in Bhaktapur. It was in most delapidated condition mixed with mud and dust. This manuscript is the collection of Bouddha Stora such as Rupastava, Karunastava of Bandhudatta, Shakyamuni Stava, and Vandana Stava. They are in Sanskrit and Pracalit Newari.Its condition is bad. It is incomplete but missing folios are unknown. Its size is 20X9 CMs. Extent: Folios: 20.
