This manuscript is Chanakyasara, a very popular Indian text of polity in medieval Nepal. At that time, it remaine a prime text to study. It is in Newari language and Pracalit Newari script. It''s folioa are partly damaged by insects. It was written in 911 Nepal Samvat. Folio nos 2 and after 41 are missing. Its size is 28X8 CMs. 1791 CE.
