Svarodaya is a Hindu Tantric test also called Shiva Svarodaya or Svara Yoga. It is in the form of dialogue between Shiva and Parvati. The fundamental application of Svarodaya is to realize the breath as being the medium of cosmic life force, through practicing Svara Yoga. It enables the practitioner to understand the nature of breath and its influence on the body as different modes of breathing lead to different types of physical, mental and spiritual actions. This manuscript was written some 400 years ago in Nepal Samvat 702. Its language is Sanskrit and script is Pracalit Newari. It is a paper manuscript.
