It includes an index that alphabetically lists cases by name of the plaintiff, and provides the name of the defendant and the page number in the volume. The document provides information on whether the individuals involved appeared, their statement, the fine or whether the case was dismissed. Information on whether the fine was paid is sometimes added. The cover is badly damaged. There are traces of mould and some pages are torn. There is extensive water damage.
