Some despatches and letters are listed at the beginning of the volume, with their number and page number. The despatches in the volume contain information on the date and place of writing, the number of the despatch, the name of the recipient, and the signature of the sender. There is extensive water damage on the cover and on the spine. The edges of the cover are breaking away.
