Deed between Nandalāl Pādhyā Rīsāl of Ārūvārī, Gokarṇa Amval, and Gayālāl Rajbhandari

Nandalāl Pādhyā, tiller to the land in Vījasīḍol now sold to Gayālāl by Sīṃhavīr Māhāju of Ārūvārī, confesses to swindling Moru 71 from Gayālāl in collusion with his landlord Sīṃhavīr, producing a forged deed document to Gayālāl, falsely claiming that Nandalāl Pādhyā had loaned the aforementioned amount to Sīṃhavīr while the land had already been sold to another person Nandaprasād Cālise, D: 1952.
