Acquittal issued by the King on the annual financial closure statement submitted by Suvā Chavīmānsiṃ Basnyāt Kṣatrī, that included: the reimbursement for Ṣet Ṣuvā allowance as per the revenue records prepared by the newly stationed Śrīnāth Kampanī in Dadeldhura; revenues from Jumla, Doti, Jajarkot and Achham; also revenues collected by the Kampanī, revenues in cash and kind collected by the Post Office through ticket sales and fines levied (in Dadeldhura). This statement accounted for one year: from 1st of Baiśākh, 1948 VS to 15th of Caitra, 1948, from which expenditures incurred by the office have been deducted. Right-bottom corner of the verso mentions the document was submitted through Mīrsuvā Vīṣṇu Gopāl Upādhyāya, Ṣarīdār Rāmanāth ṢatrīKṣatrī and Muṣī(yā) (?) Vahādur.
