An exegetical work expanding one of the sections of Yamaka, a canonical Pali text belonging to the Abhidhamma piṭaka. During his lifetime, the author had a reputation of a great scholar and was patronized by two kings in a succession, both of whom sponsored monasteries for him in Pinya and Sagaing. The work in question was included in royal versions of Buddhist canon from the mid-seventeenth to the mid-eighteenth centuries, but later on lapsed into obscurity making copies of it relatively rare.
