Testimony given by a certain Rūʺ cāʺ on the 12th day of the waxing moon of Nattaw, 1151 [November 29, 1789] about a site called Kotthinayon (Kusinara) near Chittagong to which the author was sent by the governor of Rakhine. As testified by a collection of the First Maungdaung Hsayadaw epistles, this testimony was submitted to the First Maungdaung on the 9th day of the waning moon of Tabotwe of 1151 [February 08, 1790] and is reproduced (together with the atwinwuns’ query and the First Maungdaung’s reply) in AMH 316-321. The last folio of the manuscript also contains the list of three “Chinese princesses” offered to King Badon-min (r. 1782-1819) in 1790. Extent and format of original material: 3 inscribed folios,.
