Statue: Kunda (Wylie sku ’dra) སྐུ་འདྲ Early to Mid 19th century

An old silver statue of Tangtong Gyalpo, wrapped in silk and ornate cloth that has been stitched around the body of the statue. 250mm high. The figures has two large earrings. This statue is recognised by the local community as being especially powerful. One Statue.

The material is owned by Dorje Namgyal and was handed down from his father Meme Dorje Angchuk. All the materials in the archive are kept within the prayer room of the house.
