This manuscript was given to Mr. Thanh Nha (father of Mr. Phong) by Mr. Thanh Van Phong''s grandmother in the 1960s. After the death of Mr. Thanh Nha (in 2000), the manuscript was saved by Mr. Thanh Van Phong. Author is unknown.
