The contents are written with India ink on thick paper. The contents are written in Akhar Thrah script. Pages 42 and 46 have red notation marks made with a ballpoint pen. The manuscript has holes from insect damage. Page 45 has symbol drawings. Pages 43 and 44 are blank. The manuscript covers the theme of feng shui. Contents: rituals of considering the house ground before being built, direction of the house. Size: 25 x 17 cm.
The manuscript was passed down by ancestors. Mr. Luu Sanh Thanh has inherited the manuscript from Superior Priest Truong Dinh (Hoai Trung). Several manuscripts were collected by himself. Author is unknown.
