Cham manuscript bound by threads, written in Chinese ink on "Đại" paper, folded in two, Akhar Thrah script. The original covers are missing, owner (Mr. Thanh Chau) made a new one from blue cover document in 2002. The condition of the manuscript is good, though somewhat water-damaged and yellowed at the right spine. It has one blank page, 13 pages are erased. The topics of the manuscript are magic, medical treatment, religion, rituals, myth. Contents: instruction for shamans, instruction on hair washing at day and night, keeping demons away, protection from snakes and tigers, treatment for long-day illness, instruction for travelling through the forest, myth of the Wind God, the way to become a "Worker" during Hindu mournings.

This manuscript was inherited by Mr. Thanh Chau from his grandfather, named Duong Po, in 2002. Author is unknown.
