Cham manuscript bound by threads, written in Chinese ink on thin paper, folded in two, Akhar Thrah script. Original covers are missing, owner (Mr. Thanh Chau) made new covers with calendar paper (2 layers) in 2002. The manuscript is torn along two margins. Pages 1 and 2 are creased. The topics of the manuscript are religion, magic. Contents: instruction for shaman, the art of protecting oneself, instruction for worship of termitaries, notes on disaster, instruction for treatment of illness: eyesore, instruction for purification, treaties on karma, cures for bewitching in food.

This manuscript was inherited by Mr. Thanh Chau from his grandfather, named Duong Po, in 2002. Author is unknown.
