Original covers are missing, owner (Mr. Thanh Chau) made new covers with calendar paper (2 layers) in 2002. The manuscript is torn along two margins. Pages 1 and 2 are creased. The topics of the manuscript are religion, magic. Contents: instruction for shaman, the art of protecting oneself, instruction for worship of termitaries, notes on disaster, instruction for treatment of illness: eyesore, instruction for purification, treaties on karma, cures for bewitching in food.
This manuscript was inherited by Mr. Thanh Chau from his grandfather, named Duong Po, in 2002. Author is unknown.
