The manuscript was eaten by termites, creating a hole on its upper edge. Half of pages 29, 31, 33, 34, 35, and 36 were eaten by termites. The manuscript covers the themes of historical rites. Contents: names of a reign''s years, eras of Cham Kings. Size: 27 x 15 cm.
The manuscript was passed down by Mr. Dong Van Nhat''s ancestors, and he has kept it up to now. Author is unknown.
