This leporello multiple-text manuscript is written with black ink on greyish khòi (sa?) paper. Only the front and back cover pages are blackened but not inscribed. The texts are about diverse topics, such as magic formulas, reckoning of time, and traditional medicine. Furthermore, there are also notes of special events which might have been added later by later scibes at the last part of the manuscript has been written from the end backwards. There are a number of scribblings, diagrams, magic squares, and a few beautiful drawings of animals (one horse and one elphant). Passages written in Tham-Lao script are mingled with others written in Old Buhan scripts. 59 folios.
