"Maha Vibak Phet (Preta, Demon) (ມະຫາວິບາກ) (1972)"

This text is about the sins of a preta (demon) upon whose head a stone would fall three times a day, once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and once in the evening. Pha Mokkha Larthela came down to the Khitsakut and asked the demon had to suffer through such torture. The demon answered that he grew up in the city of Rajagriha where he graduated from the art school, but one day he made a archers shoot the head of one of the Pha Patcheka monks, killing the monk later that day. He became a demon at the foot of the mountain after the monk was dead. The colophon mentions Nang (Mrs) Unhuean Vongphakdi as sponsor. The colophon was printed in modern Lao letters, on a separate palm-leaf folio with blanks filled in modern Lao script as well, while the main text has been handwritten in Tham-Lao script.
