Sòng Phasat Phoeng (ສອງຜາສາດເຜິ້ງ) (1850 (?))

This text is about the benefit gained by sponsorring to make palace from the honeycomb of bees. The manuscript has a colophon which does not mention the names of scribe and sponsor. The dating is inprecise: “finished at noon, in the seventh month of the year CS 2121, a kot set year. CS 2121 (= AD 2759) is impossible. Alternative years (CS 1121, BE 2122) do not make sense either as they do not correspond to the year of the sexagesimal cycle. However, if we assume a “twist” by the scribe, CS 1212 might be a possible date as this year is also a kot set year, indeed. Date of original material: CS 1212 (?); 1850 (?). 07 folios.
