Description: The protocol contains, among other notarial records, contracts of purchase and sale of properties, special powers, mortgages, wills and the conformation of a commercial partnership. Noteworthy is the process by which Felix A. Palacios, a resident of Santo Domingo, in the department of Antioquia, declares himself owner of several shares of property rights over 13 gold mines in the district of Morales. Two other processes that are worth highlighting are the formation of trading partnerships between Julián, Miguel and Pantaleon Ponce; and Emilia Rojas Villalobos and Henrique Flórez. Physical condition of original material: Hard cardboard covers in black color and brown color back. It has 147 sheets with 25 notary edicts registered. 93% of the book content is in good condition.
