Description: Patrocinio Díaz (1905-1969) was an Argentine singer and an actress. She started her career in the late 1920s and became a well-known figure in the 1930s. She sang rural themes and was part of the band Cenizas al fogón (Ash in Fire), she also sang tango. She played in theatre and became famous with her performance in the film Juan Moreira. The material consists of photos, plus newspapers' and magazines' clippings.
