Loose manuscript document. Copy of the act inaugurating construction of a new hospital, Santa Isabel, in the city of Paraíba on 12 October 1908. Involved in the act were first vice president Monsignor Walfredo Leal; second vice president Francisco Seráfico da Nóbrega; bishop of the diocese, D. Adauto de Miranda Henriques; chief of police and judge, Antonio Ferreira Balthar, and other local authorities. Copied by José Ferreira de Novaes, scrivener of the Irmandade (brotherhood) of Misericórdia.
