His epistle is addressed to the Urals relatives and former neighbors to convince of “the end of the world” (after the establishment of Soviet power). Basil say that “true Christians” have to escape into “desert” for salvation. Inside the front cover of the binding there is an ink record about the content of the message and a pen record of math "7492 leta" (year of 7492).
