The protocolo contains judicial and notarial documents of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, written and typewritten, printed and manuscript. There are several types of page numbering; however, one series of numbers is printed along the entire protocol from 1 to 243. Among the years found in this protocolo are 1854, 1870, 1874, 1890, 1912, 1913, 1915, 1918 and 1920. For the year 1854, Manuel Salvador Viola acts as notary. In 1874, the José Julián Jiménez is notary. Some interesting documents include the 1874 sale of a portion of land by the heirs of Francisco Peralta to Maria Asunción and the 1870 sale of a plot of land by Pabla Morales to Roque de Ávila.
