The protocolo contains judicial and notarial processes of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, typewritten and manuscript. It also presents several types of page numbering, making it very difficult to establish an index. Within the protocolo are documents referring to the years 1847-1848, 1855-1856, 1879, 1884, 1890, 1895, 1904, 1905, 1915, 1919, 1921, and 1950. This book contains: notarization of documents (partnership agreement regulating trade held by Mr. Moisés Pinedo and Gabriel Pinedo), acknowledgement of children (Juan Benito Lube acknowledges María Nicolasa, Augustín Mesa acknowledges Leopoldina Enriqueta, María Eugenia and Augustín Pastor Mesa), home sales, plot sales (sale of a plot by Ángela Antonia Pinedo to José Antonio Palacio in 1847), room sales, miscellaneous sales (sale of a plantation located in Mancajo de Santander Loaiza to Manuel Quintero, sale of land belonging to an indigenous woman named Valencia Socarras who grants rights to Santander Locaiza), bonds (mortgage collateral of 3000 pesos), protests, debt cancellation, and wills (Josefa Antonia Mendoza de Linares, Remedios Fraile de Zúñiga). Many of the processes in this protocolo are to acknowledge children. The following names stand out: Victor Dugand, Manuel Lopez Sierra and Manuel L. Salas.
