This palm-leaf manuscript contains a vigilance rights agreement between immuTi kanhaka raamaiya kavuNTar, timmaacai moLikkanh, tirumalai nampi cellappaerumaaL piLLai and the people and village headmen (ampalakkaarar) of meelaiuppilikuNTu village, kallanhai village, veLLiyangkunhRam village and other surrounding villages. It also contains a few small strips of paper documents which are found in between the palmleaves written by the document owner describing briefly the topic of the palmleaves.
