Description: This handmade envelope contains newspapers’ and magazines’ articles and clippings, a reference, and a booklet on Monsignor Pablo Padilla y Bárcenas who was the first bishop of the Argentine province of Tucumán. He was born in Jujuy and, before, he had been elected as bishop of Salta. In 1898, Pope Leon XIII sent him to Tucumán. He died in 1921. Extent of original: Handmade envelope .
