Description: This handmade envelope contains original and printed caricatures on Carlos Martín Noel (1886-1941) who was an Argentine politician and diplomat. He became well known due to his performance as Mayor of the city of Buenos Aires in the 1920s when he reformed and embellished the urban area also imposing an energetic sanitary campaign. This envelope contains originals of the caricatures drawn by the artists in the Haynes Publishing Company such as Kantor, Koko, Palacio, Mayor, and Pelell among others. They were published in the company's newspaper El Mundo, and the magazines El Hogar and Don Goyo. Extent of original: Handmade envelope . Condition of original: Regular condition.
