Description: This envelope informs us of the once very popular rosquillas that constituted ring-shaped pastries particularly consumed by the middle and lower classes in Argentina. The activities of cooking and selling them constituted an informal job for women with low economic resources. They cooked and, then, sell them in the streets of towns and cities.
