Description: This is a handmade envelope with newspapers' and magazines' articles and clippings that inform us of Carlos Ibarguren (1877-1956). He was an Argentine writer, historian, and legal consultant. During the presidency of Roque Saenz Peña, he became Minister of Justice and Education from 1913 to 1914. He was also member of the National Academy of History and the Argentine Academy of Literature (or Academia Nacional de Historia and Academia Argentina de Letras, respectively). This particular envelope shows us information and images of his death as well as the drawn caricatures and photographs of hi life, personality and activities. Extent of original: Handmade envelope .
