Description: This Nepaco folder contains newspapers' and magazines' clippings and articles. Hipólito Yrigoyen died on July 3rd, 1933. After being deposed in 1930, he was repeatedly detained and incarcerated by the military government. As he was taken to the Recoleta Cemetery in Buenos Aires to be buried, the people started to leave their houses to accompany the dead politician to his resting place. Thus, one of the most massive and surprising manifestations in the history of Argentina took place. See, Luna, Félix, Yrigoyen, (Buenos Aires: Desarrollo, 1964). Extent of original: Nepaco folder.
