Terguame Fetha Negest

It is a parchment manuscript of the commentary of the Fetha negest (Law of Kings) which has two parts: Feth Menfesawi (Spritual Law) and Feth Segawi (Secular Law).

System of arrangement: The vellumanuscript are arranged in different bunches (Gebeta) which are sewed together to form the volume. The sewed vellumanuscript are bound with a hard cover. The volume is not paginated. As the book does, the commentary is arranged according to the chapters. Physical characteristics: It is a hardbound volume made from wood covered with damp leather. The manuscript has three volumes. The measurement of the manuscript is 31x26x8 and the lines in each page are from 28-30.
