Correspondence between the Paramount Chief, Resident Commissioner, African National Congress and Pimville Sub-tenants Association on housing condition and squatter movement in Johannesburg whereby the Resident Commissioner and Paramount Chief agreed that women and children should not be permitted to go to the Reef area until the housing condtion has improved and men can only go if they have a specific occupation.
