Correspondence between Paramount chief and ward chiefs in Maseru district regarding issuing of bewys. Some of the chiefs involved are chief of Setleketseng, Semonkong, Mazenod, Senqunyane, Ha Toloane etc. The Paramount Chief had to intervene when the ward chiefs are refusing to issue bewys to certain people.
