Description: A certificate issued by Praja Parishad, the oldest party of Nepal, acknowledging Bhim Datta Panta, a peasant leader who lead a rebellion in the Far-western Nepal and was eventually martyred in August of 1953, as a trusted member of the Party and urging people in the Kailali, Kanchanpur, Doti and Dadeldhura to support him in the campaign to achieve political and economic equality.
