Description: This pamphlet contains the speech of the communist leader Mr. Manamohan Adhikari criticizing Nepali Congress and Jawaharlal Neheru. This circulation also contains the appeal to attend the function where Mr. Adhikari will explain strategies formulated from the first general assembly of Nepal Communit party in 4th March 1947.
