The colophon reads "Jumadil Akhir 15 hari Isnin 1300 Hijriah sampai Jumadil Akhir 17 hari Sanat 1301 Hijirah".
The manuscript measures 13.5 x 21 cm; the text block 10.5 x 20.4 cm. It consists of 6 folios, written in black ink on local paper. Much of the manuscript is covered in what appears to be adhesive tape; the pages are darkened with dirt.
