The text opens with the disappearance of King Brawijaya together with his chief minister, Mahundara. Their absence causes widespread panic throughout Majapahit, which is immediately interpreted as an act of mokṣa—a spiritual departure involving the dissolution of the body. To ensure the continuity of the realm, Dewi Kencanawungu is installed as ruler in place of her father, while the position of chief minister, formerly held by Mahundara, is transferred to his brother, Logender. The narrative subsequently unfolds into the account of the conflict between Majapahit and Blambangan, culminating in Damarwulan’s victory over Menakjinggo. In the conclusion, Damarwulan weds Dewi Kencanawungu, thus bringing the story to its close.
