The 'Chispazo' maintain the same political and cultural line as in previous years. The cultural-educational section gains greater prominence, while the political section, though fewer in number, adopt a more radical tone. The newspaper becomes increasingly critical of the government of Remigio Morales Bermúdez, accusing him of exhibiting authoritarian tendencies. In the final issue, they warn of the looming threat of closure due to new censorship measures imposed on hostile press by Morales Bermúdez’s administration. El Chispazo mantiene la misma línea política y cultural de años anteriores. La sección cultural-educativa obtiene mayor protagonismo y la sección política, aunque reducida en número, se muestra más radical. El periódico adquiere un sentido más crítico al gobierno de Remigio Morales Bermudez, a quien acusan de demostrar tendencias autoritaristas. En su último número, advierten sobre la inminente amenaza de cierre debido a las nuevas medidas de censura impuestas por la administración de Morales Bermúdez a la prensa hostil. Estas mismas medidas finalmente conducen al cierre del periódico.
