Notes: Written on stamped paper worth 1 ½ G, only on the front of first page. Embossed stamp in hexagonal frame on the left-hand side in the top corner. Written in black and some blue ink. The condition of the paper is fragile with the margins brittle and with holes in it. There are 3 signatures of the committee in Medan.
