Westerhout living in Soengi (Sungai) Rawa on the east coast of Sumatra, 8 Mar 1906. Watermark: NEDERLANDSCH INDIE 1905.
Notes: Written on brownish stamped paper worth 1 ½ G, the embossed stamp of Nederlandsch Indie can be found in the left-hand top corner. Writing is in black ink which has corroded and is damaging the paper. The inside of the four pages has insect holes.
