Nadir-Shah's firman to the command and Georgians living in Eastern Georgia, specifically, to the units of Borchalo's army, Georgian commanders and emissaries, so that they can learn about the situation in different regions, find mutual understanding and act together against the enemy.

Size and dimensions of original material: height 41 cm, midth 22 cm.

Condition of original material: The document has been restored relatively recently. The text in the lower part, on the left page, is faded in some places, as well as in the upper part. The left side and the upper half of the paper are missing, restored. / There is one seal on the front side.
