The inscription engraved on the northern pillar of the sluice installed by Kaḷavaḻi-nāḍāḻvāṉ and erected was erected at the tank called Periya-kaṇmāi, On palaeogrpahical ground it could be dated to 11th century CE. Inscription: svasti srī /immaṭai/cūran aiyaṅ/koṇṭa cō/ḻaṉṉāṉa kaḷava/ḻi nāṭāḻvāṉ Location of original material: Athinipatti, Sivagangai district, Tamil Nadu, India.
