This volume is made up of notarial deeds of formation of a commercial company, purchase and sale, mortgages, granting of general power, lease, transfer of shares in companies, wills, donation, sale with a retro-sale agreement. It is worth highlighting the businesses that Francisco Sliger and his mother, Librada Vergara de Sliger, carried out. They received as a loan the sum of 1,500 American gold pesos from the company O&L Dereix, for a period of 6 months, which they backed with a house located on Biffi Street in Montería. Also, they entered into a lease contract for cattle pasture with Lazaro María Pérez U., who would introduce up to 800 cattle on the farm called Jaraquiel, south of Montería.
Este volumen se compone de escrituras notariales de conformación de sociedad comercial, compra-venta, hipotecas, otorgamiento de poder general, arrendamiento, cesión de acciones en compañías, testamentos, donación, venta con pacto de retro-venta. Es de destacar los negocios que Francisco Sliger y su madre, Librada Vergara de Sliger realizaron. recibierion en calidad de prestamo la suma de 1.500 pesos oro americano de parte de la casa O&L Dereix, por térimino de 6 meses, el cual respaldaron con una casa ubicada en la calle Biffi de Montería. También, celebraron un contrato de arrendamiento de pastaje para ganados con Lazaro María Pérez U., quien introduciria hasta 800 reses en la finca llamada Jaraquiel, al sur de Montería.

Condition of original material: The writing ink is legible. The leaves are sewn, but detached from the spine. Some sheets are typescripts, there are no torn sheets. The volume is 80% preserved, allowing for good handling.
