Condition of original material: The case contains incorrectly titled and undated documents on the cover page. The printed forms are in gray and pink colors with text rubrics. All forms contain the signatures of the society’s president M. Rudnytska and secretaries I. LuniV and O. Dzydzhora-Dzyoba, and are stamped with the society's seal. The signatures are written in blue and red ink. All sheets are glued on the left side with white and transparent paper; on the right side (fol. 1). The sheets are covered with yellow and white stains. The seal is round, from the Central Ukrainian Women's Society "Union of the Ukrainian Women" in Lviv (fol. 1-105).
