У справі міститься інформація про віче жінок яке відбулося 5 лютого 1911 р. у ньому брали участь служниці, робітниці, селянки та мало представників інтелігенції, які вимагали загального, рівного, таємного голосування, незвжаючи на стать, до всіх законодавчих органів (арк. 1-2).

Size and dimensions of original material: Fol. 1-2: height 32.7 cm, width 20 cm.
Condition of original material: Manuscript. The text is written in black ink, with corrections made in pencil (gray). The sheets are glued with white paper on the right side. The ink bleeds over to the reverse side of the sheet. Sporadic yellow stains.
