Condition of original material: The forms printed in the printing house are filled in by hand with a blue and black pencil. Individual entries, corrections, cross-outs, and marks are in red. The file contains manuscripts.The blue ink of the document has faded. There are yellow spots are visible on individual sheets. Fol. 1 is torn from the bottom and in the lower right corner. Fol. 6, 7 are torn from the right and in the upper right corner. Fol. 2 is torn from the lower right corner. Fol. 10, 11, 12, 13, 16 are torn from the top. Fol. 42, 43 have part of the sheet missing – on the right side and the upper right corner; the lower left part of the sheets is covered with mold.
