Condition of original material: The file contains copy of the text printed on a typewriter - black and purple. The black ink of the document has faded. The paper is yellow, oxidized. There are rust stains on the sheets. Fol. 1, 2 are torn on the left side. Fol. 2, 3, 6, 31 are torn from the bottom. Fol. 24 is torn on the right side.
