The file contains a list of incoming correspondence to the Ruska Besida society for 1864-1865. It contains information about the police's permission to collect funds for the theater, records of funds sent from various individuals (sheet 1); about funds and bonds that came from individual individuals, priests and institutions - the deaneries of Kulykivsky, Chortkivsky, Gorodensky, Ustetsky, Husyatynsky, Kudrynetsky, etc., from the Przemysl consistory. As well as information about the agreement with the theater director Omelyan Bachynsky for 1864 (fol. 2 rev.); a request to open a Ruska theater in Lviv (fol. 3rev.): about the appointment of 4 prizes for the best dramatic works in the Ruska language (fol. 3 rev.); the Galician viceroyalty granted permission to the request of Ruska Besida for 1865 for forty performances in the city. Lviv, ten in Sambor and twenty in Perzemyshl (fol. 5). Also presented are the minutes of the meeting of the Department of Ruska Besida (folios 6-10rev.); minutes of the Department of the Theater Selected by the Department of Ruska Besida (page 10 rev., 12-13); the contract between the Department of Ruska Besida and Omelyan Bachynsky (June 5, 1870) (pages 11-11 rev.); a list of persons who made an advance payment for 1873 (folios 14-19 rev.). Міститься інформація про дозвіл поліції на проведення збору коштів на театр, записи про надіслані кошти від різних осіб (арк. 1); про кошти та облігації, які надходили від окремих осіб, священників та установ - деканатів Куликівського, Чортківського, Городенського, Устецького, Гусятинського, Кудринецького та ін., від Перемишльської консисторії. А також відомості про угоду з директором театру Омеляном Бачинським на 1864 р. (арк. 2 зв.); прохання про відкриття руського театру у м. Львів (арк. 3 зв.): про призначенння 4 премій за найкращі драматичні твори на руській мові (арк. 3 зв.); Галицьке намісництво дало дозвіл на прохання «Руської Бесіди» на 1865 р. сорок вистав у м. Львів, десять у м. Самбор і двадцять в м. Перемишль (арк. 5). А також представлено протоколи засідання Відділу «Руської Бесіди» (арк. 6-10 зв.); протоколи Відділу театрального вибраного Відділом «Руської Бесіди» (арк. 10 зв. 12-13); контракт між Відділом «Руської бесіди» та Омеляном Бачинським (5 червня 1870 р.) (арк. 11-11 зв.); список осіб які внесли передоплату на 1873 р. (арк. 14-19 зв.). Некоректний заголовок архівної справи. Аркуші у справі не поскладано за хронологією.
