Civil engineering building and site plans

Civil engineering building and site plans. Until the 1940s, these were drawn, traced and approved by British architects who were in the employment of the Nigerian Railways - such as J.H. Jaekel, W.B. Wilkinson and R. Humphreys, etc. By the 1950s, Nigerian engineers such as T.I. Awosika, B. Nwankwo and A.I. Oskorya had begun to draw, trace, and approve civil engineering drawings.
